Refund Policy
Part-time/Summer School Student Refund Policy for the 2011–12 Academic Year
Once the student has registered for a course or courses, no refunds will be made. The student may qualify for a credit which will enable them to take another course. Please call 888-440-2899 to speak to a National Connections Academy Admissions and Support Representative.
Full-time Student Refund Policy for the 2011–12 Academic Year
Withdrawal schedule for a full-time, full academic year enrollment (two semesters):

(1) The family is responsible for any outstanding balances owed to National Connections Academy. Failure to pay may result in referral to a collections agency and will disallow any future enrollment with National Connections Academy.

(2) The parent/guardian is responsible for any outstanding balances owed to National Connections Academy. Failure to pay may result in referral to a collections agency and will disallow any future enrollment with National Connections Academy.
*NOTE: The amounts reflected in the “Calculations” column are based on a family on a payment plan with no discounts. Final calculations of any individual family’s refund amount will be determined at the time of withdrawal based on date of withdrawal, payment plan type, and any other discount plans that may have been provided to the family.
IMPORTANT: A delinquency in tuition payments will result in the disabling a student’s access to Connexus, our education management system. Long-term delinquency will result in the student’s withdrawal from National Connections Academy.
