Our Parent Company
Connections Academy, a division of Connections Education LLC, was founded in 2001 by educators and innovators who recognized the power of online learning to transform K–12 education. With a team of talented curriculum specialists, programmers, graphic designers, and fellow educators, Connections Academy created a multi-dimensional curriculum featuring hundreds of K–12 courses, along with a powerful educational management system and instructional protocols designed to engage today’s student. To-date, Connections Academy has launched 25 successful virtual public schools in 23 states, bringing quality online education directly to the doors of more than 60,000 students. Through Connections Learning, another division of Connections Education LLC, Connections Academy programs have been made available and affordable to more than 300 “bricks and mortar” schools, school districts, state departments of education and other educational institutions, serving tens of thousands of students .

With Connections Academy’s reputation , student results, and parent approval ratings soaring, the demand for its programs grew well beyond the states where it operates public schools. As a result, the company launched National Connections Academy in spring of 2009 to make a quality private school experience accessible to more students nationally and abroad. Leveraging Connections Academy expertise and investments in state-of-the-art curriculum and technology, National Connections Academy brings an affordable, private virtual school option to students seeking a rigorous, but flexible education.
