Part-Time Student Refund Policy

Once the student has registered for a course or courses, no refunds will be made.

Full-Time Student Refund Policy

Students withdrawing from the school are entitled to tuition refunds based on the policies below. Note that application and payment plan fees are non-refundable.

Students on a monthly payment plan

  • 45 or more days prior to student’s actual start date: Full semester tuition refund (first month’s tuition will be refunded, and no further payments will be due).
  • 44 days prior to, and up to 30 days after, student’s assigned start date: 80% semester tuition refund (20% of semester tuition – the first month’s payment – will be forfeited but no further tuition payments will be due).
  • More than 30 days after student’s assigned start date: no refunds. Full semester tuition payment is required (No refund of any payments made; families will be expected to pay all remaining payment plan payments for the semester. Failure to pay may result in referral to collections)
  • Application and Payment Plan fees are non-refundable.

Students pre-paying full tuition for one semester

  • 45 or more days prior to student’s assigned start date: Full semester tuition refund.
  • 44 days prior to, and up to 30 days after, student’s assigned start date: 80% semester tuition refund.
  • More than 30 days after student’s assigned start date: no refunds.
  • Application fee is non-refundable.

Students pre-paying full tuition for full year

  • 45 or more days prior to student’s assigned first semester start date: Full year tuition refund (both first and second semester).
  • 44 days prior to, and up to 30 days after, student’s assigned first semester start date: 90% full year tuition refund (both first and second semester).
  • 45 or more days prior to student’s assigned second semester start date: 50% tuition refund of full year tuition. Reminder: No refunds of first semester tuition are given 31 or more days after the student’s assigned first semester start date.
  • 44 days prior to, and up to 30 days after, student’s assigned second semester start date: 40% full year tuition refund.
  • More than 30 days after student’s assigned second semester start date: No refunds.
  • Application fee is non-refundable.
